RS: The Doctor Washing his Utensils

Daaaang I think I made the animation a tad too fast here D:

Anyways I felt like drawing some Razia's Shadow again since i've listened to it again, and I couldn't resist trying to do something like ~irosyan's gifs (alright you caught me).
Methinks the doctor needs more blood on his shirt... but everything is drawn in vector, idk how to make realistic-looking blood stains in Illustrator/ToonBoom
