looking at their uniform design I sorta felt like drawing them like that, with chains n all... n lots n lots of blood red. N I gave Mila a dagger for no reason XD
for some reason Mila n Kyuu remind me of Edgar n Ellen... theyre badass twins as well
then again I dont rly know what their personality is like.
