Switched Nature

Suddenly thought of this when I randomly drew a tree for no reason. What would it look like if the log & the leaves change materials with each other?
And then with the apples & the birds... & the sky and clouds with the grass and flowers.

Might redraw this in the near future cuz of the sucky obvious photoshop brushes I use. Hopefully it's gonna look better then.
